Using a dedicated browser for facebook?
So if I installed a browser that I only plan to use with facebook, would that keep facebook limited on what information it can acquire about me?

I use that and it's not at all obtrusive. Every now and then it will block a video or other embedded content that FB can use to track you, but you can override it with a click if the kittens are just too cute to block.
