Gaming in sepia or black & white possible?

Is there a hardware or software solution that would let me game in sepia or black & white? I noticed that Task Force Admiral is displaying a sepia filter on their work in progress. This is something I've thought about before as I'd like to be able to do this to flight sims, and also as a way to shrink files for better performance particularly if you assigned a palette. I guess Nvidia has done this, https://www.pcgamesn.com/nvidia-freestyle-filters, but I've never seen anything more than this blurb about it.

I've used Nvidia Freestyle, and it works fine. You could probably also use ENBSeries.

then of course, there are the titles already available (and only available) in that palette

and you can even pick which old computer platform you want it to look like:

Thanks for the replies. I guess that "Freestyle" even has an "old film" filter with artifacts and all https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agXH1_VlaiM

I've thought about trying Mafia or LA Noire using it a few times.

I had a look around and didn't find anything too helpful, but I did find this article where someone modded a sepia filter in SimCity and it suddenly looks like a town from the 1930s. The article is about colour blindness so I guess it wasn't exactly what they intended, but it's still pretty neat. I don't think I'd want to play like that, though.
