My daily calorie intake is really beginning to suck, especially as I am not walking enough to build a small snack cushion any more. Knowing where I'm at, I once thought I would revise my goal at 189 but assuming I can meet it, I'm going to hold there and see how it goes. Less than 15 pounds to go. I'd be nice to keep at a 5 pound a month pace but I need to remember this is actually set for a half pound a week, not a pound or more.
