Yeah, that's what I thought too. I thought they were merely a shell company at this point rather than an actual developer. Unfortunately, I don't see it as being sustainable. They've been a company that has almost completely relied on licensed properties and those properties have got to be very expensive and I think that's how they got into the hole in the first place because they couldn't make enough to sustain those licenses.

I thought the pinball industry was lucrative enough in itself.
With Telltale, they were rather niche to begin with, and to help pay for all those licenses, they kept having to make more stuff leading to crunch, until it became unsustainable, because the truth is according to an article about their collapse, very few of their games were actually financially successful.
