That's Warren Beatty. As I understand it, he needs to exercise the rights he holds for the Dick Tracy IP in order to keep them, so rather than making more Dick Tracy movies he's done these in-character interviews, twice now.

This video is a little long but is fascinating to watch. I couldn't break away from it. The kids interviewed near the end was extra good. They were damn smart kids and most had valid worries or future views. Amazing.

Latest jays Garage ep...and its got Hoovie! I love that guy and his friends YT car channel. Also I hate to say it but I hear the elderly voice coming on in Jays talking. Unless he has been sick. At a certain age...different for everyone...the weakness of breath shows in the voice. James Earl Jones..remember how he sounded in Rogue One? I can hear that in Jay now. He is 72 now.
