Anyone try or use hydrogen water? At first I thought it was some gimmick to sell expensive water. How does the hydrogen stay in solution and not just exit the water - how or why does the hydrogen stay in solution?

But apparently it is real and seems to have positive effects according to several peer reviewed studies and the effects are more pronounced on older people.

This study by the NIH said there is an effect for trained athletes, but no observed effect for the untrained. It also says nano-bubbles are an important characteristic of the hydrogen water. The discussion also mentions there is another study that showed the exact opposite result, although their methodology was quite different.
