Even the title makes me chuckle.

I’m guessing Hank is going to make references to the Christian Slater movie Untamed Heart if that title means what I think it means.

Vudu has it too.

Gonna buy it so the suits see that the fans want more.

Which is a naive and pointless expression on my part. :(

I ordered the Blu-Ray which, for some reason, Amazon tells me now has been delayed until Sept 12th.

So I await the glowing reviews.

Finally watched it last night (DVR'd off Adult Swim) via Hulu.

If you're not current on the series (familiar with some of the bigger plot points from the last few seasons), it might be confusing at it picks up right where S7 left off.

They do a pretty impressive job of threading connections to the entire series - there are plenty of callbacks and inside jokes.

It felt...satisfying. I know that doesn't sound great, but I really did enjoy the movie and how it all ends. It wasn't as zany as so many of my favorite episodes, but it definitely puts a nice bow on the series - which I think it more important. I think it also answers whether or not they still have it - and I think they do. The series continued its amazing streak from start to finish. I'm sad there isn't going to be anything else, but I'm happy to have experienced the run and an actual ending.

I bought it on Vudu but haven't gotten around to watching it yet. I'm going to try and rectify that this weekend though!

If you're a fan of the show, I'd go so far as to say it's necessary. They answer so many questions and the more I thought about it, really ended it in the right way.

And I watched it (I mistakenly wrote I'd bought it on Hulu when I meant Vudu earlier...since corrected).

Absolutely loved it from start to finish. It definitely leaned into deep cut territory at times, but even without a history with the show, I think folks would enjoy it.

Ventronic needs a spin off. Especially if Malcolm is still in the clown arm.

The numerous easter eggs for movie buffs was amazing. Everything from Darkman to Barbarella was referenced.

It served as a nice bookend to the series, but it also left room for more (but only if it's set on Disko Island). Sadly, the majority of this world's population does not understand the greatness of Venture Bros. :(

I'd put it off, as I hadn't seen the last season yet. I was in need of a short format show, so I decided to rewatch the entire thing again, from the pilot up through the film. The film was a great way to end the series, but after a full twenty years with the characters, I'm sad that it's over.
