In the event Baltar was not accidentally killed Sunday Night, he will be hard to detect for the Good Guys.
Human result = ?
Cylon result = Cylon

The Bad Guys have a better chance of finding him with the reciprocal scans.
The Bad Guys also have 2x the potential to increase their team with #10.

Odds favor the Bad Guys being at 5 within a relatively short time, with increasing probability.

Until that time, odds favor the ship spacing a Good Guy by majority.

3 Specialists - as long as one is alive you will be able to tell who was a cylon and who was not when lynched (or killed by Helo). If all the specialists are killed and Baltar is dead or joined the cylons then you will be lynching blind. May PM each other at any time.

Also has a one time ability to try and detect a cylon during the day before a lynch but will be revealed as a specialist. One time power than can be used by only one specialist.

Yes. I was thinking that lynching Cylons wouldn't change the number of misses we get, but it does (adds 1/2 miss).

remus... You forgot the rule number 1: READ THE RULES.

Tory Foster - can find Baltar when having a conversation with him. Each day Tory will talk with a crew member of her choice.

So, tory can talk to anyone at anytime of day, and I think that if Tory finds Baltar, so will Baltar know that person X is tory... I think.

Tory gets to talk to one player per day. I am asking when she needs to decide who that player is. Does she need to PM the choice to Lassr at daybreak or before? Can she wait until some undetermined time during the day to decide "player X seems clean, I'll talk to him" thus risking losing the day if it moves to fast or gambling that Helo shoots someone and thus she has a certain human to speak with?

Obviously if Tory talks to Baltar then Baltar will know Tory I was asking how Tory would know it was Baltar. That was not my question.

I read the rules on her, the questions came from that reading.

I've tried to think of a code that could be stuck in there and am coming up short outside of 3 being half of 6. (if it was supposed to be 1+1+1 or something.) That said, Unagi bringing this up edges him slightly towards citizen. I think a badguy would note a code and sit on it until night. Of course it could be nothing all around but Day 1 is often grasp at straws day.

I think it's same as all the other 'day specials'. If person gets lynched before activating the special ability -> no special ability for joo.

Tory probably uses some 1337 h4x skills (AKA, looking at gamemasters personal files) and finds out whether or not person X is baltar.

When was stessier's posted? Oct. 21st? During the night? So why would a bad guy sit on it when they could use it. Why would they not scan him, then, seeing him human/nonBaltar, try and use it against him during the coming day?

Neither story holds much water and either could be used to provide some slim cover for one side or the other.

Why wouldn't a normal human plant flase or misleading information trying to get the Cylons to waste a scan on him rather than finding Baltar?

I find it more interesting that Unagi has pointed out two possible "six" codes already between stessier and Bahktosh. Why is he so eager to talk about 6?

I would propose that Athena should come forward with whatever info she has to add to a midgame Specialist Outing.

The Specialist would be revealed (and thus proven) but withhold his info.
Any and all Athenas step forth with info, *then* the Specialist reveal his results and his partners.

A lynch result of "Cylon" proposes the same problem... Athena shows as Cylon.

Because I was Six last time and know that she wants to find Baltar.
Also, I will say that I bet who ever Baltar is, he would like to get on "the fun side" and be brought on-board the Cylon game.

I called out to Baltar when I was Six, and while planting codes is risky... it is indeed done. And since we won that game, I'll venture to say it's not a game-losing move either.

I'm looking for codes and I am looking to expose them to everyone, in case I am not seeing something someone else does see.
I'm also interested in just making people answer my questions to try and gauge their replies.

It's not a 'typo'.
It could be that his fingers are used to typing 'one', and so his motor-memory just slammed the "e" key after typing "on"... but he had just succesfully typed "Come on" twice.... why, on the third time, would his hand demand that the word "one" be typed. (another 2 x 3 = Six, by the way...)

It's odd.

But like Austin, I really couldn't figure out what it meant. He does later get thrilled to be 'moved to the top of the list', and declares that he is now "Number 1". I wasn't sure if that was connected to it too.

I proposed a weak story based off the same information Austin used to say he leaned you towards citizen. Then I noted that my story and his were equally weak. I then noted more possible interpretations of what folks might do with the code. I even mention that a normal might try to get the Cylons to make them use a scan up on themselves and thus waste a chance to find Baltar. Why do you feel your behavior does not fit into that category?

I talked about several possibilities but you locked into the ones where I might be pushing a lynch on you rather than the ones that might be clearing you. Why so paranoid? I'll be honest with you, I got nothing to go on here and was more interested in Austin's comment than yours but you have peaked my attention interest now.

Specialist will see Cylon whether #10 is converted or not. That would be fun as at that time #10 will still think he's human.

They will notice nothing about Baltar.
