Which surviving MMORG is the worst?

Post by jpinard »

I saw one poll about the best MMORG out there, and thought there should be a POLL for the worst.

At the release of Samauri Dorkdom, my vote now goes to Ultima On-Line.

Note: I would have added mroe, but 9 was the maximum # of poll choices.

EVE Online...what a cure for insomnia that was. Pretty, but incredibly empty, IMO. That's why I always go back to Jumpgate.

Wait a second, wait a second. I know a perfectly great currently running MMORPG that's better then both EQII AND WoW. Final Fantasy XI. It has probably the third highest subscription rate (I think like, over 500,000 with 1.5 million chars), multi-platform, played from all around, and so forth. Even though it IS a poll for the worst . . . I'm dissappointed to not even see it up there. You're ignoring a great MMORPG.

But then again, being able to only post 9 means that you definately don't think FFXI is the worst

You definitely missed a couple of bad ones. I haven't played any of the games on your poll list except WoW which isn't a bad game (just not as much fun as it was 6 months ago). On the other hand, Project Entropia was irritating and Saga of Ryzom is BORING. I couldn't wait to stop playing both of them.

I actually beta tested Neocron. So . . . imagine Neocron, the final version (if you even played, hehe) . . . yet a lot worse . . . and that's what I played!

People are voting for City of Heroes? What problems exist in that game that other games don't have also?

maybe we should have a "worst mmorg of all time" tournament. we have enough candidates to run a decently sized bracket.

Nope, it's still going. They consolidated down to 3 servers though.
