Is there an Xbox controller with the ABXY buttons on the left?
I'm developing arthritis in my right thumb. I can still use it but it bothers me. It isn't much of a problem with the joystick, but pressing the ABXY buttons causes me pain. Is there an Xbox controller with a mirrored layout, with the ABXY buttons on the left and the D-pad on the right? I've done Google searches but with no luck. I figured an OO'er might have some idea. Thanks!

1a) you can enable Copilot mode on Xbox and use two controllers https://www.howtogeek.com/782104/how-an ... ilot-mode/
1b) you can achieve the same thing on PC:
2) Xbox Adaptive Controller (possibly with accessories) https://www.xbox.com/en-US/accessories/ ... controller

I'd suggest contacting the type of merchants that specialise in building and designing custom game controllers, e.g.jztemple2 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2024 6:58 pm I'm developing arthritis in my right thumb. There may also be some Etsy sellers that sell handcrafted custom PC controllers who may be able to craft a custom controller with a left ABXY button layout as an option, though I don't know of any off the top of my head. Also, even if you don't see such a product specifically listed on their sites, I'd suggest contacting each company via e-mail to find out if they can build and design the type of controller layout that you are after. Because I suspect they'd be only too glad to help if they possibly can, especially if you clarify that what you're after is needed as a result of disability.

Can you re-map the 4 DPad buttons with those 4 buttons?

Most pro controller have back buttons that you could assign to the face buttons. I've never seen anything that does what you originally asked.
Obviously, the Xbox Elite series controllers would have full support for windows and xbox.
