Dead at 68

I didn't realize he had been battling cancer.

We need some freaking balance on these deaths. I could give some suggestions. :P
Capitalism tries for a delicate balance: It attempts to work things out so that everyone gets just enough stuff to keep them from getting violent and trying to take other people’s stuff.

Louie was one of my favorites, he was a giant (har har) of comedy, and definitely deserves his own thread. To me he was the best host of Family Feud.

Bummer. I wasn't a fan, in the sense that I knew his stuff. But I always enjoyed his stuff that I saw. RIP

I loved the Life With Louie cartoon when I was in college. Always made me laugh.

I remember watching him on Carson a looong time ago, and loved it. Was he also a guest host maybe? I think I remember my Dad (or maybe me) recording the "Best of Carson" on VHS and I watched that thing over and over probably until it wore out. Anderson was featured a lot in that IIRC.

He was one of my favorite comedians. Last of his specials he did not look too good. His health style certainly did not lead to a long life tho.RIP
