That's why I say adjacent. I can mentally get pushed into irrational thinking when it comes to slight perceived offenses stacking up, even if I believe I am self aware. I can experience all the metaphorical road rage but exercise none of the irrational over the top response. Not sure when it started, somewhere in my middle age. I'm used to be the guy who always gets along and moves on and giving people the benefit of the doubt.
