Yeah, the person who tweeted it did say that it was an impersonator further along in the thread, but he thought that the little girl believed it was actually Trump.

It looks like it's still up and being used in an ad of sorts. They are providing the hat for free, "just pay shipping." I don't think that gets them around using the images for commercial purposes. If you look at the link, it's full of other likely photoshopped images grabbed from social media. Likely a fly by night website services job maybe an internal one. It's worth a look actually to see all the stolen images.

I would think there's a case there, at the very least for a takedown.

Reverse image search show that all of them are photoshopped. Some were originally the "classic" maga hats but none originally of the hat shown.
