Weird thing is when I first saw the cover I thought that the woman kind of looked like Sarah Michelle Gellar. Then I saw it was her and now it doesn't really look like her.

The Octopus Club thing might be the most brilliantly subtle bit I've seen yet on one of HT's excellent covers.

Great work as always!

Are these archived somewhere accessible? If not, I'm sure we could talk Rip into letting you store them on the webserver.

I've got them archived, but not accessible--I think it's definitely a good idea to get them up somewhere else for posterity's sake. :)

HT, you must have spent considerable time working on SMG's chest to get that octopus just right. Lucky you.

I have them all saved, including Captain Underpants And The Skivvy Squad's first and last issue. The octopus on SMG's bra is great work.

Well done once again!

And do my eyes deceive me??? I made the cover twice in one issue? Jesus, this forum is going to the dogs!

Btw, nice hide-the-Octo on the SMG! Excellent! Maybe next time, a certain someone won't mention and let people discover it for themselves ;)

That issue is a definite collectors item, and any Hell's Taco fan needs to have it in his collection. I would, however, like to point out for the record that the superhero portrayed on the cover was not my infamous Captain Underpants alter ego, but rather the bizarre Austin-Caveman love-morph that haunts these forums from time to time. Austin and I have completed our asexual synthesis, and our offspring demands to be recognized.

Long live Captain Austinpants!

That is known, but the title attributes that monstrosity as Captain Underpants. Apparently the snake is your Skivvy Squad since nobody else is there. ;)

Gross? Dude, what color is the sky in your world? It's debatable whether she's the most attractive creature on the planet, as there are tens of thousands of beautiful women around. But gross? As in ugly? As in repulsive? That boggles the mind. You could say she's not your type, but any reasonably intelligent person can look at her and see that her facial features, skin clarity and coloring, proportions, and overall appearance are entirely consistent with how our society defines beauty. She is about as far from the definition of gross as you can get.
