Anyone know what the timeframe is for all of the precincts to actually submit their final numbers? Will it happen today?
Just curious, since the race is so close, and they don't do exit polls at all locations... it seems like a good chance for exit polls to not accurately reflect the winner at the end of the day. Do they all report in today?
