+1. With a full time work and school load I'm going to be absent for quite a while until things calm down, but I look forward to when I can pad my posts again with WW games.

Nah, just bad timing. Fwiw, I will be signing up after the weekend if there's room, but not before Octocon trip.

I thought the same thing a few years back when I tried to start an Invasion of the Body Snatchers game. But we are still going years later. Just a down time at the moment.

dont worry bout it isgrinmur...its not you or anything, its a lull thats all. For me, that GT game really burnt me out to be honest and i havent had any real desire to join a new game. So i am on a slight hiatus for the moment. It happens, its a natural cycle.

Stroking his what? This isn't the forum for that kind of thing.

And Newcastle, nice ploy in that GT game with the self-vote as a bad guy, considering how often self-offing happens in that little village.

yeah, I try to do one game on and one game off because generally I tend to overthink things... in this case, looking for a job, trying to fix my car, trying to get a woman... it ties a mans free time up.
Some claim to be things they aren't.
Some claim things they don't deserve.
Some claim to know more than they ever will.
I don't claim anything, because no one would believe the truth anyways.

If everyone is like me, they are busy at work, busy with family and have thanksgiving coming up. Maybe Isggy can start this game up following thanksgiving.

Anyway, looks like we still need at least four more players. Would anyone be willing to join if Isggy waits til after thanksgiving?

I'd like to say yes but it really depends on how much extra crap I get out of my way at work.

ok...break time over...i'll be IN again...provided one thing...clarify how the game works. I skimmed through the rules and what not, and to be absolutely clear...i am not sure how anything works. something gets passed around, someoen flies around..etc...i guess for us stupid and lazy people clarify it a bit more...how do the lynches work, etc...what are the winning conditions?

Good guys win by eliminating the two evil players.

Bad guys win by capturing the device. If they "kidnap" the first player to have it, there's a hunter-type shot to hit a baddie and keep the game going. If they "kidnap" the second player to have it, they win instantly.

Lynches are "groundings" during the daytime, night kills are "kidnappings".

As I haven't run before, I don't know who may or may not be interested in the game. As most of you are more experienced players, I figured you might have a better lead on who might be interested than me spamming out random invites. Even after four years and 10,000 posts, sometimes I still feel like an outsider. But, yes, I can be bothered. You're doing a good job of it at the moment. :P

It was Grund's game,

Al, docD, Gryndyl, Lars, st_dysan, and Yankeeman84 survived. So it's hard to say that Arnir, Ralph-Wiggum, setaside, and tgb "won". :P

Disagree. It's always been my understanding that unless stated in the rules, if humans win, all humans, dead or alive, win. Your death can't be helped after all, so it's not your fault that you have passed on. (Certain exceptions might be made in the case where one is Scooped. ;) )
