How dare they soil my precious childhood memories!
Doesn't Hollywood value anything anymore? Do they realize how much some of us value our cultural icons and how violently we react when they are toyed with?

I think Jessica Simpson is much hotter than the original Daisy. Then again, if her sister played that role - I'd sign her up for the doggie make-over show.

The orignal Daisy (Barbara Bach) was totally hot for the day. The world was a bit less plastic then and it was bouncing out of the 70's at that. Compare her to the girls and the looks of that time, and I would say she is (was) as hot as Jessica Simpson.

I'm still sitting here trying to figure out why a hot dumb blonde in short-shorts and bikini top is somehow a bad thing.
