Compare it to the offereings at Steampowered.com I guess. I'm not a good judge, I bought the Gold version.

But if you were planning to get the retail version, I'd say the $10 is worth it for the DVD (instead of 6 or how many ever CDs) alone.

I already have a HL2 t-shirt. No interest in the game though.
