As Muse, I kind of wonder why people were scared of the Muse.

Sure, there is the risk of the Muse driving you insane, but... so what? There are only two ways to get inspired in the game: love the Muse or read the play. The latter drives you insane automatically, while the former is limited to the Muse (a) deciding you're not the single best lover and (b) getting around to choosing you to be the one driven insane.

As an artist, seducing the Muse is a lower-risk strategy than reading the play. And once you know who the Muse is, you no longer have to wait to get lucky in finding/receiving a play.

Of course this was a fairly small player group. Everything I say above would be more important in a game with more Artists.

Thank you Lagom for running the game. I was a bit behind the curve for a good chunk of the game; couldn't wrap my head around the rules. I was trying to find the ebb and flow.

I very much like the fact that there was no need for a kill each night. I thought that was a nice touch because players get a longer lasting game.
I do agree that the players need somethign to discuss each day. Not sure how it would make it differently.

I dont mind if you reveal the behind the scenes gameplay.

It's almost as if people are the problem.

I don't mind a reveal either.
I regret checking Scoop when I was half of the mind he was Gandalf at the time.

Also, big thank you for running it, Lagom. A very interesting braid of rules that was fun to get my head around. (I have more to share, but have to get back to this)

I had no idea that a murdered student's copy of the play went back to Hildred.

Sorry life got me busy the last week. Answer my crimes? I was your SALVATION!!!

But I guess I do owe you all an explanation.

First off, HOW DARE YOU ALL!! TACO TUESDAY EVERY TUESDAY was genius. It should have carried the day.

Second, I only killed Moliere because someone stole my play and without a play what I am but just a leader in search of a flock. I stupidly killed Lassr thinking he was the Alienist and it was Unagi all along. Things would have been so simple if you guys had just gone with the plan but ... it was certainly an interest set of rules. I am enjoying the creativity of it all.

Thank you Lagom  for running that game. I'd like to see something from you in the future. As Newcastle said I am enjoying games that don't always end up a death everyday.

Thats the only way I could get a book back. I had no option to steal.

Hmm...
Ok, so if you had the ability to create new copies without owning it, Moliere would have been safe?

Oh yes. I wanted people reading the book and I wanted to send out a new copy each night. The problem I ran into was people keep stealing it from me.
