Delay ring on cell phone. Android.

Is there a way on the android phones to have a call not ring your phone for say 5 seconds, but show caller id? It's a Samsung A52. A friend gets spam calls 50 plus a day. Most just ring the phone for a few seconds then drop. It's a work phone so he has random local calls he can't block.

I was thinking change his ring tone to a audio file that has 5 seconds of dead silence.
