What should I play?

Post by Kelric »

I'm heavy into Morrowind right now and my usual addiction to Out Of The Park Baseball is going strong. I need a third game on the side to break things up.

Here are the choices:
Dungeon Keeper 2 (put a lot of time into this in the past)
Majesty w/ expansion (put some time into the original, none to the expansion)
Rise of Nations (lots of time)
Rome: Total War (lots of time)
Tropico 2 (some time)

Nothing else in my collection jumps out at me but I can't decide between those ones. I'm leaning towards either Tropico, Rome, or RoN. I played Rome a lot over the fall though and it's been a while since I've put any time into any of the other games.

Majesty strikes me as the only one that'll be new to you. That would be my preference.

You could play this game where you have to deal with a scary beast.

Hope that helps.
Maybe next year, maybe no go

Wow, I almost posted exactly the same thing, with almost the same wording. But it seemed like too much work, so I bailed.

Perhaps you should play the game found here.

Majesty. Highly underrated game, and one of the few games to turn the RTS motif on its head in that you don't control your units- yet somehow it still seemed fast paced.

Sure, and how long before he's joining you in the clocktower? You think Kelric has even close to the intestinal fortitude to handle the "real world"? I think not. Let him play his little games.
