If that doesn't work, make sure your graphic drivers are up to date.

If that doesn't work, make sure all the cables are seated securely (disconnect and reconnect) and try a different power outlet.

After that, call tech support. So they can have you try rebooting. And your graphic drivers are up to date. And then have you reseat all the cables and try a different power outlet.
Maybe after that, they can escalate to a level 2 person who will have you do it all over again.
More likely, you'll get disconnected and start over with a different drone.

Hope your replacement monitor is a little less sad!

The black levels don't get much better.
It's almost as if people are the problem.

Bolded is the one I went with to replace an old 2560x1600. I won't go curved as I like dual monitors...

Im surprised theres still monitors that only cater to one graphics card company instead of simply supporting both. Or that the damn industry doesn't meld the two into one standard.

within the last couple of years I went from dual monitors to a huge flatscreen to a large curved monitor.
huge flatscreen < dual monitors < large curved monitor.

I may try dual large curved monitor next.
Yes, I'm a special flower, but not having the jump in between dual monitors is nice.

They make the curve to differing amounts. I think it was a Linus video where he got some for a 3 monitor setup and the curve was reduced on the monitor he chose so he wouldn't end up sitting inside a semicircle :)

actually, newer nVidia cards are now compatible with AMD's FreeSync - but nVidia's G-Sync does not support AMD cards

I run a FreeSync monitor with an Nvidia card myself. No issues. Just make sure you check Nvidia's site. They have a list of GeForce/FreeSync compatible monitors.

Oh, and if you want to see the RGB in action, here's the video.

This was mostly a test of the new strimmer cables. I will likely be going to a strictly blue theme soonish.

I can see the datas going by!

Seriously, though, I love it. I couldn't handle it on my desk (it would be too distracting, especially at night), but I love it nonetheless.

That was fast.

Is that a Monza?? My step brother had a burgundy one around 1984. Fun little straight shift. Back then mom lived on a roller coaster up down road and he would speed through it and change gears to bark the tires on the tops of the hills as we crested.

That rgb reminds me of some ride at Six Flags from the 80s. Good times.

Yes, but not my Monza. My Monza is a work in progress at the moment.

That radiator is rated up to 600HP which I am not even in the neighborhood.

However, due to the tight fit, I can't run a puller fan & shroud and instead have to run a pusher fan that is barely up to the task.

Even on a cool day the coolant temps get up to about 205F and in the summer it'll go up into the 220+ range so I only drive it short distances on hot days.

I'm currently researching alternatives such as Evans Waterless Coolant or engineering a solution to move the radiator forward to allow a proper fan setup.

First, that's one 21st century computer setup.

Second, one of my friends owned a Monza and the only thing I remember is that you had to lift the engine to change the spark plugs. As I type this, it sounds untrue.

Third, I wonder how much gearheads and computer nerds overlap.

It's true-ish. V8 car with A/C, yeah, and only just the one spark plug in the back on that side and only assuming you don't have a U-Joint in your socket set.

A tinkerer is a tinkerer. I was one of them until I became a family man. I once also owned a Monza with a small block V-8, mine was a 1980. Somehow now I spend more time thinking about what car I could put an electric drivetrain into. It won't happen because I am past my days of spending mountains of cash on cars (yeah, yeah I know the Tesla is the most expensive car I have ever owned, shut up!)
