Return the National Parks to the Tribes .

I just finished reading this and haven't fully processed it yet, but my initial take is that this is an interesting idea. The park system has had funding and oversight issues for many years now. America's treatment of native tribes also has many issues. I don't know that this is a solution, but it's intriguing to me.

Anyone with more expertise than me have thoughts on this piece? Obviously there's no chance it'll happen in today's American political landscape, but...
