Not sure if this will be hard or not. The movie may have been a bit off the beaten track, but practically every picture I found (without searching very hard) is a dead giveaway if you've seen it. So here goes (one of the only ones that may not immediately make it obvious)...

Looking on IMDB.....Dylan Moran.

So, that narrows things down a bit but I still don't recall this scene from anything. Guess I'll wait on the next picture.
