I'm not commenting on any specific lynch choices right now but there are some things we need to talk through that have been ignored.
For instance:
Why bb2112 for first target?
Why did RMC die?

First question can only be answered with speculation at best but the second we can work some things out on.

If our protector is still in the game (and he has to be since we have lost one assassin and Cheryl) why was RMC and his free scan not protected? Answer - unless he was protected night 1 they most likely had to use their ignore a protection power. Which would mean that triggercut was their unpowered player. So day 1 may yield more goodies than we think. Who would have gotten hit if not triggercut? Was he a good find by us or a sacrifice to save a power by them? If RMC wasn't protected first or last night then the protector has some answering to do at game end as any other choice last night would have been foolish.

I have not gone back to look at day one but I'd encourage folks to do so before we continue down the segue path we have begun this day.

Don't get an itchy trigger finger before we fully look at things. Be patient.

He's not a special, it gives info, he was potentially a good target, I don't see what the problem is, we've had an awesome start, this will give us a 3rd scan with a bunch of proven.

I don't much see the problem either. But of course, Stess is my primary target.

The only problem I see is when Remus comes back and gets angry that the day went to quickly. But raven will shut him up soon enough.

CR@P!!

Damn, just stepped away for bit you guys move on without me.

Ok, I feel I HAVE to do this now even though I was trying to get more info out of the situation.

I am Malory!

Here are my scan results:

Night 0 - RMC - ISIS
Night 1 - El Guapo - ASSASSIN!!

Why did I wait? I knew El Guapo was evil from the morning and I was trying to pull others into either voting for him or avoiding him. I think we got a little of both plus we also get El Guapo's posts even if he was extremely quiet for him.

Lana, I need protection tonight. I am open to everyone's suggestions for scan targets. I am hope hit on Stessier too!

Oh, any why did I come out now?

I was going to come out as soon as someone got to N-1. We would then be able to off El Guapo and look at everyone's reactions. This situation is less than ideal but I did find a assassin for tomorrow even if I do not survive the night.

I pushed pretty hard for El Guapo today and I assumed (incorrectly) I could announce before someone scooped someone. That was my only mistake. It seems likely to me he would want to off me just to be careful and to avoid a protection block. I can't afford to take a positive scan to the grave this early in the game.

Also, if anyone wants to counter...

DAY 2 RESULTS.

You don’t spend years in the field without learning a thing or two about survival, Stessier thought to himself, peering through the open jump door at 6,000 feet. There was nothing to hear but wind and the roar of the engines, and nearly as little to see: the new moon barely defined the shadows of the jungle canopy below, and it was just possible to make out the valley of the river that marked the drop point. Stessier tightened the straps of his parachute and thoughtfully spat a nervous, well-chewed wad of bubblegum through the doorway.

He checked his rucksack for the tenth time. Everything was still there: machete, rope, MRE’s. Malaria pills, map, medical kit. Radio, grenades, and enough plastic explosive (three times over) to bring down the bridge the rebels were using to ferry supplies and ammunition into their otherwise isolated stronghold.

And you don’t get assigned to a jungle drop without proving your competence again and again, Stessier reminded himself. A little nervousness is normal. Think of all the training you’ve had. Think of the times your life has been on the line, and the times you’ve come through for your partners in trouble. Why, there was that time when Triggercut--

The drop was coming up now. Just a few more seconds. The green light flashed on: time to go. Stessier took a deep breath. “Most of all,” he said aloud despite the roaring noise, “you don’t get as far as I have without earning the trust of your colleagues.” He gripped the sides of the open doorway and hurled himself into space.

Freefall lasted only seconds. He always wished it could go longer, but the mission was the mission. On the proper count he pulled the ripcord. The chute came away smoothly. And then kept going.

Stessier continued to fall, gripping the riser cords and staring in dismay at the ragged fringes where they had been cut away from the suspension lines. Unbelievably, even in the moonlight, he could make out a boldly inked note on fabric sewn where the rest of the parachute should have been attached: “ENJOY YOUR TRIP, TRAITOR!”

Spinning, plummeting towards the valley, Stessier’s final thought was that someone had packed him the wrong chute.

--Stessier was an ISIS agent!—

Final Vote tally:

(7) stessier: Vorret, Grundbegriff, LordMortis, bb2112, Lassr, Chaosraven, Moliere
(1) Scoop: stessier
(2) El Guapo: Scoop, Unagi
(1) Newcastle: El Guapo

Not voting:
Remus West, Newcastle

I'm hoping they already used the block protection when they killed RMC.

If not, you still have a assassin to kill tomorrow.

And I'm going to give people time to submit scans before I put in my orders.

Please scan Grund. He has a lot of noise surrounding him right now and if he doesn't get cleared he is probably going to be the next lynch candidate. After El G, of course.

You should have not come out. You were very high on the suspect list and the bad guys still have some maintenance to do before killing you.

Unless she exists and dies tonight or when we lynch Guapo tomorrow and he's pleading Mallory and if turns out to be ISIS... Which actually isn't too bad because we end up with three scans and a nailed scoop. No matter one way or another we get an assassin, I guess. We'll just have to do the math backwards to find out if Scoop is completely reliable.

That was my thunk. Though I might also have the paranoia going on that I was chosen from the Cheryl death.

So I'd concur with the Lana protect Scoop and we see if no one dies, a random dies, or Remus dies and go from there. We lynch Guapo tomorrow no matter which way the wind blows.

Also, if it were me I'd scan unagi. That comes from my faith in him, honestly. I'd hate to wrong about him.

Should be another interesting night.

I couldn't take the chance if going to my death with a assassin's name. Especially El Guapo who was flying under the radar well. Was anyone paying any attention to him other than me? Thunk on that.

Not a bad play, Scoop, if you're uncontested Malory. But also not necessary. They probably would've gone for a known, especially since Wolf strategy 101 dictates leaving the ambiguous or not well trusted players alive.

Everyone pile on El Guapo tomorrow. That should significantly inconvenience Team Assassin.
